I just wanted to send a message of thanks to Dr. Tran & the entire staff at Baba Dental Design. I DISLIKE going to the dentist and the condition of my teeth showed this. I have been so impressed with everything about my visits & procedures so far. Dr. Tran is so passionate about what she does and she and the staff made me feel very at ease and as comfortable as possible. I also appreciated the follow-up call made to me by Dr. Tran herself – very nice personal touch. I can’t say that I ENJOY going to the dentist now – but at least finding a great dental group has made me not DREAD it as much. Please be sure to share my appreciation with everyone.

“I have had nothing but bad luck with the dentist every since I was a little girl. Ever since I was little I have been terrified, and it has now carried into my adult years. I recently moved to Wichita a year and a half ago. A couple months ago my crown came loose, I didn't want to drive 3 hours back to my old dentist, so one of the other teachers at school recommended her dentist. My bad luck with dentists had continued because he broke my crown. I got on the internet and found Dr. Baba and Dr. Tran's office. The thing that drew my attention was their website; it had personal information and their credentials for working in the office. From the first phone call Carla did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I made my appt. to get the crown looked at, Julie was very thorough with me and kept me reassured. So, I made my next appt. to come and get started on getting things fixed. Traci was amazing with her confidence and knowledge of everything. She talked me through every step which was great because I was so nervous. Dr. Tran was wonderful and gentle, being gentle is a great word in the dentist chair. She took great care of me, she made sure I was comfortable and was never hurting and was smiling when I left (even being numb)!! Dr. Tran and Julie came in on their day off on a Friday to finish up my poor mouth. They had me smiling in the dentist chair which I'm sure I had not done before in my life. Julie called on Monday to check on me to see how I was feeling. I would recommend this Dentist office to any and everyone. They all are very personable and loving! They make you feel at home!”

I am writing this letter to show my appreciation for Dr. Nancy Tran and her dental team. I have had nothing but the best experience from Dr. Tran. After 5 years of having no dental insurance, I knew my teeth were far from perfect and I knew there were cavities along with many other issues. Dr. Tran made me feel very comfortable and over the last 2 years, 4 root canals, 3 fillings and several check-ups, I am no longer nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. She has been very calm, gentle and always takes the time to explain each procedure and makes sure I am ok with everything before proceeding on. I have always felt like I was in very good hands and feel as though I am welcome by the dental team. The team has worked with me through many issues and I have always left feeling like a lot was accomplished and looking forward to the next visit. I know I have several years and several trips to the dentist remaining before my teeth are completely restored, but I know I can always count on Dr. Tran to take nothing but the best care of me. She talked me through the entire procedure for fillings, explaining terminology and making a perfect match for teeth color. “I have been a patient here since the early 80’s and stupidly went to a different dentist for about 5 years due to insurance changes. I returned to this wonderful office about a year and a half ago and realized what a big mistake I’d made in leaving.
All the staff in this office are tops! From the gals behind the check-in desk, the assistants, hygienists, and dentists; I am made to feel welcomed, never rushed and Dr. Nancy never wants me to leave her chair until everything feels ‘just right’.
I’ve heard horror stories from friends and family about detailed dental work they have gotten from other offices and I feel so fortunate that I have NEVER had problems from crown work that Dr. Joe or Dr. Nancy has done for me.
Because of this, I often refer patients to the Dental Design Team and I plan to NEVER leave again for any reason.

"As an embarrassed adult who has struggled with thumb sucking for 23+ years, Dr. Tran recommended a product to help cure my problem. After applying the product to my thumb nail for less than a week - the habit has officially been broken. The taste of the product it absolutely the worst thing I have ever tasted - but it gets the job done! The clear polish applies easily and dries quickly, much like a nail polish. And no one knows you have it on unless they are around when you put your fingers in your mouth and gag from the taste. I have tried many other products over the years and this is the only that I have been successful with. I would suggest this product to adults who bite their nails or suck their thumb, and definitely to parents trying to break their children of the nasty habit.”
